When talking about your skin's health, hydration may be something that comes up frequently. The
science behind hydration as it relates to skin clarity and health is very mixed. For the most part, this is due to a structural problem in the scientific community having to do with funding and sponsorships (proving that water helps your skin doesn't make anybody any money (directly)).
BUT. There is a great deal of science that suggests that, while it does improve the appearance of your skin's plumpness and wrinkles, it doesn't do so permanently. That is, as soon as your body falls below par hydration levels, those wrinkles will pop right back up and you'll be right where you were yesterday. Hydration, though, obviously isn't a bad thing, so we don't want to talk it down too much.
We do recommend, though, keeping your skin truly hydrated with things like medical facials and SilkPeels! Treatments like these will hydrate your skin down to the molecular level, leaving your skin truly hydrated.
in a nutshell, what we're trying to say is... Continue drinking water. Heck, drink more water, but drink it on your way to Smoothe Denver for a SilkPeel!
